I’m a pastor, speaker, and coach who helps people live and lead from who God says they are—not from fear.

As co-founder of Freedom Lab and a Teaching Pastor at Trinity Community Church, I’ve spent over a decade walking with athletes, leaders, and everyday people to discover true freedom in Christ.

My Story

I know what it feels like to live under pressure. I played Division 1 basketball at Northern Colorado, chasing success while wrestling with fear and identity. That journey shaped me to help others break free—whether it’s athletes under the spotlight, leaders in transition, or anyone trying to live true to who they really are.

Now, my passion is simple: prepare the way for people to encounter God, clear away fear, and awaken identity so they can live and lead with freedom.

Beyond the Stage

When I’m not preaching, coaching, or leading Freedom Lab, you’ll find me with my family. I’m married to Kayla, and we’re raising three incredible kids—Blakely, Mav, and Alayna.

I love early-morning workouts, golf that keeps me humble, and backyard hangouts that turn into family dance parties.
